This notice explains how FXF uses the information you submit when joining our waitlist.
Information we collect
We collect your email address, an optional name, your optional interest as a founder or beta tester, and a record of your consent.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the FXF waitlist, understand community interest, and send waitlist and product updates you requested.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist data is stored with Convex. Resend processes the confirmation and internal notification emails we send, and also stores your contact information so we can send segmented waitlist and product updates based on the role you selected (founder, beta tester, or general interest). We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain unconverted waitlist records for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner. When a record reaches that limit, we also remove the corresponding contact from Resend.
Your choices
Every marketing message will provide a way to opt out. You can also unsubscribe through any Resend-powered email, and we will sync that opt-out back to our waitlist. To request access to or deletion of your waitlist information, email hello@quadrosrls.it.
